"I have had the distinct pleasure of working with the Symmetry personal trainers. I have found their dedication to our goals targeted and purposeful. The results have been astounding. I come Symmetry after several years of physical rehabilitation following a massive stroke. By this time I had done everything the physical therapists had asked of me, but there were limits to their freedoms of intervention, which are not imposed on Symmetry Wellness and the personal trainers. I have a real reason to wake up on Wednesdays and Fridays. I would consider my recovery to be at 95% of full recovery, thanks to Symmetry’s trainers. "My son is getting married this summer! Conventional gyms had always been intimidating to me and lacked the accountability to sustain a consistent workout schedule. I joined Symmetry Wellness Club in June 2016 and have been able to change my physical fitness dramatically. I have gained 2lbs of muscle and reduced my Fat % and lost 2 to 3 inches in my chest, belly, hips, and thighs. As happy as I am to see and feel these body changes, I think the most profound change is that when I went back in to check with my doctor about my osteoporosis, I was told that my bone density has increased and I no longer am considered to have osteoporosis.
I attribute this success to a combination of utilizing both the group classes and Personal training with Tracy routinely, as well as implementing the suggested nutrition into my diet. I’m happy to admit that I am now addicted to exercising and cannot imagine a day where I have not spent time at Symmetry Wellness.
