Lisa has over 13 years as a health and wellness professional with an emphasis on personal training, Pilates and program design. Lisa brings her passion to teaching and exercise to every session and class.
Lisa is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Mobility Training Specialist. She also holds certifications as a P90x coach, Pilates Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor and most recently a certified Meno-fit Instructor. Lisa’s Pilates training has influenced how she trains her clients on the fitness floor, focusing on body awareness, core strength, breathing, alignment, posture and corrective exercises.
Her passion is to help people reach their goals whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, strength or increased flexibility. She is dedicated to helping others make the necessary changes for a lifetime of wellness. Be prepared to work to the best of your ability and take into consideration that every person is at a different fitness level. Lisa will work to push you to your personal limit.

Tracy
Tracy has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. As Fitness Director at the Skaneateles YMCA for 5 years, she developed and implemented various fitness programs and classes for a diverse group of participants.
Tracy works with local collegiate athletes in various sports and is also responsible for working with athletes who are rehabilitating and reconditioning for their sport.
She currently works at the collegiate level for Syracuse University as an Adjunct Professor in the Physical Education department, where she is implementing training curriculum’s to condition students and at Cayuga Community College working in the business department, helping to educate students to become young professionals.

Wendy
Wendy has been a part of the fitness community for over 10 years. She began as an Active Older Adult group instructor and has since worked with a wide range of ages and fitness abilities. With her certifications in Pilates and Yoga she loves helping her participants to find connections with their minds and bodies.
Being a part of the Livestrong for Cancer Survivors program was the incentive she needed to pursue her Personal Training certification. She loves helping her participants to gain strength, balance and mobility. Seeing the smiles on their faces after a class or session is her favorite part of what she does. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, hiking and boating.

Tom aka “Coach Shea” has a lifetime of experience as both an athlete and coach. He believes that strength and mobility are the foundational components to improving athletic performance, daily functioning and reaching optimal wellness.
His passion for fitness has enriched his life in countless ways- he’s a former college athlete, Ironman triathlete, 11-time marathoner, avid cyclist, and aspiring ADK 46er. Today, he uses his passion, experience and expertise to guide him as a personal trainer and yoga instructor.
Within a practice founded on the philosophy that physical fitness is essential for a well-lived, balanced and healthy life, you will find both energy and calm in every one of his sessions.
Tom has experience working with a wide range of individuals, helping them train smart and reach their fitness goals. Whether those goals include sport specific strength, improved body composition or a better overall quality of life- he will meet every individual where they are in their fitness journey, helping them realize their best selves.
Tom is a teacher in the Marcellus CSD where he lives with his wife Christine and his sons Aidan (University of Rochester) and Kevin (Suny Geneseo) who inspire him to seek continual improvement in and out of the gym.

Erin has been a member of the fitness community for over 10 years. She began as a yoga instructor getting her certification through Dharma Yoga Syracuse. Shortly after that she began taking group exercise classes and developing a passion for strength and conditioning work. This ultimately led her to getting certified as a personal trainer. She is extremely passionate about nutrition, so she is currently working on becoming a certified nutritionist as well. Her biggest desire is to help others (especially moms) achieve their personal health and fitness goals so they can truly be their best.
Erin is a busy mom of two young children and resides in Skaneateles with her husband and two dogs. She also works as a dental hygienist. Erin is an avid learner and is constantly striving toward personal growth. She loves to spend time with her family and friends, cook, garden, read, travel, hike, and enjoy the lake.

Sidnie’s holistic approach integrates exercise, nutrition, and mental well-being, helping clients achieve lasting results. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her two children and husband. Sidnie is dedicated to promoting a vibrant, productive, and full life through exercise, whole foods, and a positive mindset, ensuring clients receive the support they need.
